What fitness level do I need to be at?
Ignite21 is perfect for ALL fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, our expert coaches will tailor everything to suit your needs.
Our qualified coaches will fully assess your current fitness level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
What if I currently have aches, pains or injuries?
No problem. Many men come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint or back pain or post-baby abs.
Our highly-experienced team create programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
We also work directly with some of London’s top medical practitioners, to make sure that additional support is there should you need it.
What if I’m a complete beginner?
That’s great! We love welcoming all fitness levels, whether you’re brand new or just getting back into it.
Maybe sports weren’t your thing at school, or you’ve decided to focus on fitness later in life – whatever your starting point, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
What happens after the 21-days?
By the end of the programme, we hope you’ll feel motivated to keep going.
We’ll share how we can continue working on your fitness goals together, but if you need a break or decide AMP isn’t for you, that’s perfectly fine. There’s no hard sell – it’s just not our style.
How long are the sessions?
Our Small-Group Personal Training sessions last 50 minutes, while our group classes run for 45 minutes. Quick, effective, and designed to fit into your busy schedule.
