HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings.Our Small-Group Personal Training sessions are 50 minutes, while group classes last 45 minutes. Each session is quick, effective, and designed to fit around your busy schedule.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SIGN UP AND CHANGE MY MIND?
We get it—sometimes plans change. If you decide Spark isn’t for you, we’ll refund you. No hassle, no questions, no pressure.
