PROGRAMME DESIGN

We’ll set you on the right training track, with a specially tailored programme of cardio, strength and mobility, what to eat and how to rest and recover on your non-workout days.

MOVEMENT

From getting you started and mobilising joints and muscles, through to advanced athletic training. Everyone moves differently. That’s why we design a programme around you and your body.

STRENGTH

Full-body workouts develop your strength and athleticism, so you leave every session feeling challenged and ready to come back the next day and train again!

CONDITIONING

Conditioning is the sweaty bit of your training. Ramp up the energy at the end of our small group personal training sessions and also in our BOLT, SURGE and RIDE classes. The focus is on cardio and conditioning, combined with strength work to achieve great results.

NUTRITION

Forget the fads and fashions when it comes to food.Our approach to nutrition is simple and based on scientific research, so we provide nutritional strategies that deliver real results and keep you on track. This approach is supported by the AMP recipe book, shopping lists and calorie-specific meal plans.

Recovery

Recovery is key when you’re training. And our focus is on nutrition, sleep and keeping moving. So you rest and recover between workouts and feel stronger, fitter and happier.
